Hand-built using T1  clay and fired to cone 10, this piece is an ode to organic beginnings. Glazed in Erie Blue and Shino Neph Sye, its surface reveals layered tones of deep blue and crackly white.
A subtle dent formed during firing... a natural result of the clay’s movement in the heat. I choose to see it not as a flaw, but as a mark of the piece’s journey through fire and form.
A reminder of emergence, of beauty shaped not in spite of imperfection, but because of it.
